The homes
Floor plans at Harbach Lofts, explained
Studios through two bedrooms, from 427 to 1,103 square feet. Because the building was laid out for furniture and not apartments, the plans vary more than in a purpose-built block. Here is how they break down.
Why the plans vary
Harbach is a converted 1906 furniture warehouse, so the floor plates were never meant to be apartments. The renovation worked within the original brick, the timber trusses and the oversized steel-frame windows, which is why two homes of the same type can feel different. One bedrooms alone run from 427 to 821 square feet.

The three types
- Studios: 452 to 506 square feet, open living and sleeping space.
- One bedrooms: 427 to 821 square feet, the widest range in the building.
- Two bedrooms: 882 to 1,103 square feet; some have one bath and some have two.
Every home has a full-size washer and dryer and an updated kitchen with stainless appliances. Exposed brick and factory windows appear in many homes but vary by unit, so ask which open homes have the features you want.
